My name is Caitlyn and I am OVERJOYED you have made it here!
I am a certified holistic nutrition consultant (PN and Trinity School of Natural Health), Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in training, with a passion for empowering others to live confidently in theirselves, their body, relationship with food, and who God created them to be.
My home is Knoxville, TN but I am originally from outside Atlanta, GA. I am a certified Lagree fitness coach (my favorite workout method!), love a cute coffee shop but also my fancy at-home pour-over coffee, and being outside and especially around the water. I absolutely LOVE to cook and actually shadowed a globally certified Master Chef in college so you’ll see me share a few recipes here and there.

My own health journey started in early college, after realizing that my stomach hurting every single day of high school and college was not normal. I didn’t love going to the doctor because I always felt they only wanted to put me on medication or birth control.
After college I began questioning a few symptoms I had been struggling with for years and suspecting I had a hormonal imbalance. After multiple doctors refusing to give me a hormone panel and telling me the only way to balance my hormones was to get on birth control, I knew I had to take my health into my own hands and do everything I could to turn my own health around.
I am here to help you be your guide and help you be your own advocate for your health!
